Annapurna: Kasundi / Indian Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup black mustard seeds
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard seeds
  • ¼ cup Vinegar (i have used apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 2 to 3 green chilies
  • ½ inch ginger piece
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
