  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided plus extra to finish
  • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate molasses
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pita bread or pita chips for serving
