Vanilla Bean Buttercream
Ingredients
  • 226 g (8 oz or 1 cup) softened salted butter
  • 360 g (12.7 oz or 3 cups) sifted powdered sugar
  • 30 ml (1 oz or 2 tbsp) heavy cream
  • 10 to 15 g (2 to 3 tsp) vanilla bean paste (I prefer 3 tsp)
  • 0.75 g (⅛ tsp) salt
