My Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (Weber original)
  • ¼ cup blackberry / bosenberry jam
  • mix in the bowl with ¼ c. of the left over corn starch/flour
Steps
  1. Dredge pieces in flour/corn starch Fry in avocado oil in wok (back left
  2. Burner on 4. For 4 to 5 min.
  3. Drain oil. Heat sauce & 3 TBS. OIL. WHISK UNTIL IT BOILS 1 min.
  4. Add the cooked chicken On top.
