Ingredients

- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup BBQ sauce (Weber original)
- ¼ cup blackberry / bosenberry jam
- mix in the bowl with ¼ c. of the left over corn starch/flour
Steps
- Dredge pieces in flour/corn starch Fry in avocado oil in wok (back left
- Burner on 4. For 4 to 5 min.
- Drain oil. Heat sauce & 3 TBS. OIL. WHISK UNTIL IT BOILS 1 min.
- Add the cooked chicken On top.
