10 Minute Peanut Udon
Ingredients
  • 2 servings udon (I used shelf stable but you can use frozen too)
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • Splash of dark soy sauce, for colour (optional)
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chilli crisp/oil, or more to taste
  • 1 heaped tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
