chicken and rice casserole. Julies

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 or 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can fit n active cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½cup shredded 2% cheese
  • ½ to⅔ cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 3 or 4 tbl miracle whip
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli cooked  and chopped some.
  • Topping
  • 2 cups cornflakes(crush them)
  • 3 tbl margarine,  melted
Steps
  1. grease pan.  mix everything in pan except cornflakes and butter. use juices from roasting the chicken.
  2. mix corn flakes with butter and sprinkle on top
  3. bake about 30 minutes
