  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ¼ cup scallions (sliced)
  • ½ cup + 3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon shallots (minced)
  • 1 tablespoons dill (chopped)
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
