Ingredients
  • cooked onions...added garlic a couple min later
  • added sausage...cooked till brown
  • turned IP off
  • added diced tomatoes, tomato paste, broth and spices
  • broke up lasagna noodles added those in
  • set manual high pressure for 4 min
  • took about 35 minutes to come to pressure and start cooking down from the four minutes...
  • I let it natural release for about 10 minutes... And then it took about another 7 minutes for the quick release
  • note: Notes: I doubled my recipe and it fit in my 8-quart. I would not recommend doubling it for a 6 quart. I did not have fresh basil, so for the recipe I put in about a tablespoon and a half of dried basil for my doubled recipe. My lasagna noodles said "no boil" on the box. I don't know if that matters, but I thought I'd put it out there.
  • Garnished with fresh shredded parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese... And ricotta. So, so good!
