  • ⅓ cup oat flour or brown rice flour (40 g)
  • ¼ cup tapioca starch (30 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar or coconut sugar - or other granulated sweetener
  • 3 to 3½ tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
