Turmeric and Yogurt

Turmeric removes excess oil and open clogged pores which cause acne and pimples. Its anti-inflammatory property reduces acne inflammation and anti-bacterial property kills acne-causing bacteria. Vitamin C present in turmeric lightens the dark spots and patches and maintains the skin firmness and tautness by building up collagen. It has cell regenerative property which makes scars and other skin damages less visible making skin smooth and clear.

Yogurt contains the lactic acid that moisturizes and nourishes dry skin. Zinc component present in yogurt slows down the aging process and reduces wrinkles and fine lines. It helps to heal dry and flaky skin and also brightens the dull skin. It reduces dark spots and acne scars and lightens the skin discoloration. It contains vitamin B2 which encourages new and healthy cell growth.
Ingredients
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon fresh yogurt
Steps
  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth paste and apply on cleansed face and neck. Keep it for 20 to 30 minutes and wash it off. Repeat it for 3 to 4 times in a week.
