Ingredients
  • 1 Can of Chickpeas
  • One heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • Two teaspoons of honey

  • I was a little reluctant to add olive oil to this hummus.  I thought that the oil already in this peanut butter would be enough.  However, without the olive oil, the texture was too rough for me.
