Servings: 12 ct muffin sized bites

4 eggs, scrambled 4 eggs, scrambled
4-6 sausage links (can use any sausage), diced 4 to 6 sausage links (can use any sausage), diced
Pancake batter (approx. 4-6 servings) Pancake batter (approx. 4 to 6 servings)
Syrup Syrup

Microwave or fry your frozen sausage sticks or ground sausage and dice.
Preheat oven to 375.
Scramble 4 eggs and set aside.
Grease or line a 12ct muffin pan or mini muffin pan.
Mix up any normal pancake batter with just a little less water and syrup in place of it. I did the smallest batch listed, if you need more just add a little more of each ingredient and mix.
Pour half the batter into the cups.
Top with diced sausage and eggs.
Pour the other half of the batter over the top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Dip in Syrup and enjoy!
