  • ½ medium red onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ cup nonfat Greek or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice ~¼ lime
  • ⅛ teaspoon of salt

  • 2 large tomatoes thinly sliced
