Ingredients
  • ¾ c sugar
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • ½ t ginger
  • ¼ t ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin purée
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  •  
  • 1 pie shell
Steps
  1. In mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
  2. Mix in eggs, pumpkin
  3. Slowly mix in milk and stir til just combined.
  4. Mix til smooth
  5. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake 10 min at 425. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 40 to 50 minutes, until knife comes out clean in middle of pie
