1 ½ ground beef, lean

16 ounces pasta,

1 small yellow onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, freshly minced

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 small can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can condensed Tomato Soup

1 cup of milk

½ tsp Paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried Parsley
