  • ⅓ cup Imperial Sugar Dark Brown Sugar, packed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons +1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • ¾ cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • note: poon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
