Ingredients
  • 4 steaks (I used thin cut sirloin)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes sliced in half (375g)
  • ½ cup green olives (60g or a small handful)
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken stock (250ml)
  • ⅓ cup white wine (80ml)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 to 5 basil leaves for serving
