Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats gluten-free oats if needed
  • ⅔ cup cashews roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Medjool dates (about 5 dates) pitted, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or light olive oil
