Weight Watchers White Chicken Chili
Ingredients
  • 1 chopped white onion, (about 100g).
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 2 chopped green chilies, (about 30g).
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 medium boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 to 2 cans white beans (or about 400 grams of beans if you are making your own)
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup fat free skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
