Ingredients
  • 1 + ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (2% or whole fat)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup ( 3 for normal sweetness, 4 if you like it sweeter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-process or natural)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
