Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp ghee (or olive oil)
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¾ head green cabbage, chopped into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 24 oz. jar sugar-free marinara sauce, I like Rao's Homemade brand
  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower rice , (holds up better than fresh, but if you need to use it you can!)
  • 3 cups compliant beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt, more to taste
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
