Ingredients
  • ¾ cup spicy V-8 vegetable juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped (½ cup)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz frozen cooked medium shrimp, defrosted and drained
  • ¼ cup diagonally sliced green onions
  • 2 cups hot cooked white rice
