Apple Honey Challah Stuffing
  • 1 loaf challah bread (between 14 oz and 1 lb)
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 tart apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 6 sage leaves, sliced
  • 1 stalk fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
  • 3 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
