HONEY-GARLIC BUTTER SWEET POTATO BITES WITH PISTACHIOS & GOAT CHEESE!

  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 medium/large sweet potatoes, sliced into ½ inch rounds
  • subheading: Toppings:
  • 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 3 to 4 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 3 to 4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
  • Honey
