  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 8 cups low sodium chicken broth (plus more)
  • 6 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
