Pork Lo Mein- WW Seven Points
Very mild flavoring but very enjoyable. I would suggest a little more soy sauce and a sprinkle of Chile peppers to spice it up a bit. Nice easy recipe and will definitely make again.
Ingredients
  • 8 oz uncooked whole-wheat spaghetti , or buckwheat soba noodles
  • 1 spray(s) cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving)
  • 2 clove(s), medium garlic clove(s) , minced
  • 1 Tbsp ginger root , fresh, minced
  • 1 pound(s) uncooked lean pork tenderloin , cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 ⁄2 cup(s) shredded carrot(s)
  • 1 ⁄2 cup(s) uncooked onion(s) , diced
  • 1 cup(s) fat free chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
