  • ¼ cup dill pickles diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup carrots grated
  • ½ cup frozen peas

  • 2 5.3oz container Kite Hill unflavored Greek Style Yogurt(optional)
  • 2 TBSP Apple Cider vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBSP Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
