Keto Cabbage Roll Casserole - To try
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups low carb tomato sauce
  • ½ a chopped cabbage
  • Any vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 to 2 cups of shredded cheese
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large pot, brown beef in oil over medium high heat until redness is gone. Drain off fat.
  3. Add cabbage, tomato sauce, vegetables and sauté for about 10 minutes until it cooks down.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
