Keto Monkey Bread
Ingredients

  • 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • subheading: Melt in microwave safe dish in 30 sec intervals:

  • 2 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • subheading: Mix with hands in bowl then roll into balls a little bit smaller than golf balls:
  • subheading: Coating Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • And in a separate dish add
  • ½ cup Swerve Granulated Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Roll balls in butter then roll around in separate coating

  • subheading: Sauce Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Brown Swerve Sweetener
  • pinch of salt

Steps
  1. Put balls in pan lined with parchment paper then pour on sauce
  2. Cook on 350 for 25min until dark brown crust
Notes
  • (optional, stir in pecans once the sauce is made) I would use walnuts chopped small.
