1 box Betty Crocker Ultimate Fudge Brownies, baked in an 8x8 pan

½ cup butter, softened

⅓ cup heavy cream

3 cups powdered sugar

OR replace butter, cream, sugar with 1 tub of Betty Crocker vanilla frosting)

gel food coloring
