Paleo Turkey Pot Pies in a Cup
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cooked turkey in chunks or shredded
  • ½ teaspoon unprocessed salt and some black pepper
  • 1 cup rich Bone Broth including any leftover turkey gravy.
  • ¼ cup diced fresh herbs or 2 tablespoons dry: sage, thyme, rosemary.
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour
