Instant Pot Mashed Cauliflower

Servings: 6 - 1/2 C servings
- 1 Head Cauilflower, 1/3 C Sour Cream, 2 Tbsp. Butter and Sprinkle of McCormick's Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
- Clean the head of Cauilflower and break into florets. I cooked in steamer basket over 1 1/2 water on manual for 10 minutes as I wanted very soft. Then drained and patted with clean dish towel to remove access water. Into food processor with 1/3 cup of sour cream and two tbsp. butter ( room-temp)sprinkle in a bit of McCormicks Garlic and Herb seasonings. Only gave it a couple quick pulses in food processor. Didn’t add salt as the seasoning had plenty for our taste.
