Jewish Coffee Cake

This is a recipe my mom was given in the 60's and once people try it I am always asked for the recipe. I have it memorized. I honestly believe it is better the second day.

1 (16 ounce) box yellow cake mix

1 (3 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding

1 cup water

3⁄4 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping

1⁄2 cup chopped pecans

1⁄2 cup sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon
