IP Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
  • 15 oz Frozen Blueberries
  • ¾ C Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • ( I added 2 Tbsp. Pectin)
Steps
  1. Put berries into the liner, add sugar and water. Close lid and seal. Set to manual for 5 minutes.QR The let it cool for about 15 minutes and the poured into Ninja Blender and pulsed a few times. I then added the pectin to thicken. Pour into 6 oz. mason jars and let cool. Once cool place into refrigerator or freezer. ( If freezing, be sure to leave head room in the jar for expansion)
Notes
  • It thickens up a lot after refrigerated.
