Old Fashioned Sauerkraut Perogies
Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp bacon fat, butter or shortening
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 c all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 ½ c warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
