Canning - Beef Tips and Gravy - Pressure Canning ● Serves 6 Pints
Ingredients
  • 10 to 12 lbs stew beef cut into 2” chunks
  • 8 to 16 garlic whole cloves
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tsp black pepper ground
  • 3 Tbsp Canning Gel modified starch safe for home canning
