Kim's Cheese sauce
makes 16 c

Ingredients
  • 113 g  butter (1 stick) melt (ish, or whatever is left on the stick)
  • 32 g corn starch  ΒΌ c
  • 1224 g   milk 5c
  • 452 g  ( 1 carton cream)
  • 60 oz  sharp cheese 5 bags
  • 8g salt
Steps
  1. Slurry then add in order listed.
  2. Save out some cheese to mix with warm noodles.
  3. Mix in some plain cheese  when using especially if sauce looks pale or thin with the noodles.
