LM HEALTHY CHURRO LATTE
Ingredients
  • 〰️1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk of choice (I used @califiafarms) ⁣⁣
  • 〰️3 teaspoons maple syrup ⁣⁣⁣
  • 〰️¼ tsp cinnamon ⁣⁣⁣
  • 〰️1 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣⁣
  • 〰️Pinch fine grain sea salt⁣⁣⁣
  • 〰️1.5 tbsp cashew butter (this gives it that pastry-like, churro-type flavor - I used @justins)⁣⁣
Steps
  1. Warm everything except the cashew butter in a pot over medium till it’s about to boil. Add to a blender with the cashew butter and blend until frothy. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and coconut sugar (for that cinnamon sugar outside of a churro). You can also add a swirl of melted dark chocolate mixed with melted cacao butter, if you want more of a traditional Spanish dipping sauce vibe.⁣⁣
