  • 2 to 3 scallions, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped cilantro

  • ¼ cup tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp lime juice
