  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 5 large Garlic Cloves (minced or pressed)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest (about ½ lemon)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • ½ tsp Oregano dried
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 ¼ cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (about 1 lemon)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • subheading: To Finish:
  • 2 Tbsp Butter and 2 Tbsp Flour (to thicken sauce if not thick enough)
  • ¾ cup Heavy Cream

  • 8 to 10 oz Cooked Pasta
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Cooked Rice
  • Steamed Broccoli
