Cranberry Apple Crisp (Low Fat,Thm-E)
Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberries or blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup of water

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of salt

  • ½ c whole old fashion oats
  • ½ c oat flour
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp THM Super Sweet* (or 2 Tbsp Truvia)
