Steamed soy chicken and rice

Ingredients
  • 500g chicken breast
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Sesame oil
  •  
  • 2 cups rice (washed)
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Butter
  • Peas
  •  
  • Onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil
Steps
  1. Rub some salt, soy sauce and sesame oil to the chicken and put on varoma tray.
  2. Prepare 2pcs baking paper on varoma base and add 2 cups washed rice and 2 cups water. Season the rice with some salt, minced garlic, minced ginger or dash of ginger powder, 2 slices of butter.
  3. Fill tm bowl with 1000ml water. Stack everything up. Set 35mins/V/sp3.
  4. For the chicken gravy I just fried some onion and with the oil add some soy sauce.
