Spicy Chile-Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ lb uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed, cut in half lengthwise
  • 3 green onions, sliced diagonally, white and green parts separated
  • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
  • ¾ cup water
  • 4 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2 cups lightly packed baby greens (such as spinach, kale or chard)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
