Buttermilk Alfredo Chicken Spinach Pasta
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup whole buttermilk
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, finely shredded (about 1 ½ cups), divided
  • 1 (5-oz.) pkg. fresh baby spinach
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
