I cook pork chops (qty 6) once a week (family favorite), center cut or loin, med thickness.
Ingredients
Steps
  1. I use Saute to sear; when HOT, add 2T olive oil or cooking oil, pan sear 5 mins each side, place chops on a plate, remove the pot, add 1 cup beef broth, scrape bottom of pot and stir. Season the chops, have 1 large onion sliced, mushrooms or bell pepper, layer 3 chops, onion, bp or mushrooms , 3 chops, onion, bp or mushroom. Insert pot with all ingredients, place lid on, use Meat setting for 17 mins, allow to NPR until you can release the lid. Use the liquid and add flour or brown gravy mix to make a gravy-they are fork tender. I've used more liquid in the past, but the 1 cup is all that is needed. Also, the first time I cooked the chops I said no way can these cook in 17 mins, so I doubled the time to 34 mins, they fell completely apart lol, 17 mins with NPR is perfect.
