  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Oil for frying canola, peanut, safflower

  • 3 cup (300g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (57g) milk slightly warmed (can substitute water or beer)
