Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp butter, softened or ghee
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter or ghee
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
Steps
- Mix 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp water and 1 Tbsp butter well.
- Add 2 Tbsp coconut flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper and mix until smooth.
- Place in microwavable dish and spread evenly. Microwave for about 2 minutes until firm. Remove from container and slice in half.
- Heat 1 Tbsp butter in a pan and cook one piece until golden brown, then remove. Place remaining piece in pan and layer on a slice of cheddar cheese, place the other piece on top and cook until cheese is melted.
