Keto Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter, softened or ghee
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Mix 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp water and 1 Tbsp butter well.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp coconut flour, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper and mix until smooth.
  3. Place in microwavable dish and spread evenly. Microwave for about 2 minutes until firm. Remove from container and slice in half.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp butter in a pan and cook one piece until golden brown, then remove. Place remaining piece in pan and layer on a slice of cheddar cheese, place the other piece on top and cook until cheese is melted.
