A fiery and delicious beef brisket slow cooked then 'pulled', perfect for tacos!

Ingredients
- 2 kg beef brisket
- subheading: For the stock:
- 1 red chilli pepper seedless and finely chopped. Test chilli first to grade the heat. If very hot suggest that half is used.
- 1 large onion sliced
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 ml tomato passata
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 beef stock cube/pot Knorr beef stock pot was used in this recipe
- 750 ml hot water
- 1½ tbsp molasses
- subheading: For the rub:
- 2 tsp coriander dried
- 3 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp cumin
- 2½ tsp sugar brown
- 1½ tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp chipotle chilli flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper ground
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp flour corn
- 2 tbsp oil
