Guinness Chocolate Cake with Bailey's Buttercream
Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup Guinness extra stout
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • subheading: For the Bailey’s Buttercream:
  • 1 (1 lb/16oz) box of powdered sugar
  • 1 stick (½ cup) of butter
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp bailey’s
