  • ½ cup chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca starch
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp herbs of choice , I use thyme and rosemary
  • other additions: garam masala or red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Rice flour for dusting
